YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Hope407 respects the privacy of people who contact us. This page explains how information submitted through hope407.org is handled. Last updated September 23, 2026.
Information you choose to send
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you enter. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and coordinate the help, volunteering, giving, or partnership you ask about. Form messages are sent to [email protected]. You may also contact us directly by email.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment card details, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the form. If your situation requires a private conversation, ask us how best to connect.
How the site handles information
The contact form sends submissions by email and does not keep a separate copy in the WordPress site database. Our email service may retain messages as part of normal correspondence. The website host may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, and visit time for routine operation and security. WordPress may use cookies for people who sign in to administer the site.
Service providers and other websites
Website hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Links to other organizations or giving services lead to websites with their own privacy practices; review their policies before sharing information there.
Questions and requests
To ask about information you sent us, or to request a correction or deletion, email [email protected]. We will review your request and respond, subject to records we need to keep for operational or legal reasons. We may update this notice as our services and website change.
